. We are located on Pacific Avenue, 1 block south of the University of the Pacific near the top end of the “Miracle Mile”. Less than 2 miles from Interstate 5 & Hwys 99 & 4. Close to shopping, with restaurants and amenities just blocks away. To the North less than a mile is Weberstown Mall & College Square Shopping Center, it includes some great restaurants and shops, including Best Buy, Home Goods, Petco, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sky Zone Trampoline, Forever 21, Target, Sears, Dillards, Gamestop and Hobby Lobby. Just blocks to the South in the Miracle Mile you’ll find Starbucks, Valley Brewing Co., Mile Wine Company and multiple restaurants and cafes.

Move-in. We offer both 12-month and periodically shorter term leases and have move-in specials for prospective residences. We would be happy to describe our specials to you personally ….please call us for our rental rates as specials, rates and terms change from time to time. In most cases, prospective residents must have “good” credit or better and positive rental references, although we can work with special situations or little rental history circumstances. We also have a LOW application fee.
